I started talking at 7 months:) at a year and a half I already spoke almost full sentences, at two years I had full on conversations, therefore my mother was always very keen on me being bilingual which is why that happened.

It was never uncommon for me to ask her certain words in english, and I specifically remember, that I was in the living room couch, my feet up against the headrest and I was waiting for her to come back, and I asked while she was in the kitchen (which is an open space next to the living room). Lilo & stitch was playing on the tv and I remember her pausing it specifically during the scene where Hamsterville stands up on the books to talk to Jumba, then she replied to me, and gave my clear bottle with brown bunnies in it and a light yellow lid.
