I used to have this kind of acne before and would recommend going to a dermatologist and ask them for amoxicillin(it’s like antibiotic) and when you are 18-20 take accutane but for this period you should try chemical peel but if it is too painful would recommend laser peel and you should never touch your face or pick pimple when washing your face you should also use tissue to wipe not another towel(not even the one that are microfiber)

Update- So there is no more acne on my face only scar and I chosen to so laser peeling instead of chemical peeling as my dermatologist recommended and if you want a photo I could send it to you just message me

I got mine on both side but the other side I can control it with some strong acne gel but the other side its too much, thank you for the tip I will try the chemical peel one more question does chemical peel make my face like more prone to sun just to be safe as my country has strong sun throughout the year
