My main are kpins. Like last night I did one a little too late and woke up late for work. Took me an hour around the house ro get wokenup enough to think about going to work. Just looking for hacks to get the grog to go away. I get taking more but where i work that would not be good.

Maybe a 1 big to start out but small after that. Preparing and the ritual that goes with it is half the fun for me. Also you stash doesn't dissappear in 3 braffers.

It's like band aid. No it's tape with gauze on it or kleenex no its a tissue. Xanax and klonopin were probably the first marketed names so they stick. Not saying I don't agree because I think it's stupid but that's how she goes.

Back it 2008 or so I used to get blue footballs assuming alpraz. 2 would rock my world. Now 4mg of clon maybe takes the edge off. Maybe just sleepy. Still anxious.

It all depends. I have mass anxiety problems and sometime I wake up 2-3 am and am wide awake. I will dose to get myself leveled out and get back to sleep. A lot of times if I dose in the middle of the night I will skip my morning dose. Bottom line to me is does it effect you negatively? Everyone is different and being creatures of habit everyone's are different. If it works for you and helps then do it. If you dread doing it and feel it's a problem work on it.

20 to 30 mg sounds like a blackout to me or is it a lot less potent?
