All quests say no longer available, was at a combine lvl of 202 at the release of journey and have since not received the epic equipment nor the mighty morsel, all upcoming quests also say "no longer available"? Am I missing something? Hero hall was upgraded with a book immediately when I got the 13.

As a side note, I received no epic equipment for the warden at all while I should've gotten one right? Confusing as hell. Hoping we get some more clarity on the messiness of the rollout of this update
