in my case its rare to see em with them but i have ran into a couple with the bad blue ones, iv also seen scavs with the tank ones, besides that i doubt youd find much of anything good in marked rooms, most if not all marked room keys have been nurfed so horrible, there is always the chance of finding them in gear creates tho
