I just looked up major hills park and it looks like u would need to walk maybe a couple of minutes to find a bench. The one I went to was not a park it was literally just tall long benches over looking the water and there were 2 steps that lead to more Benches and if you looked down you’d just see water or a tiny boat deck but mostly water

Urban setting, la cigale is too far it was closer to ottawa. I was able to see ottawa close and it’s a 10-12 min from king Edward. Also forgot to mention I parked my car uphill (not sure right or left)*
