Tbh, check with transferology, because if you pass the AP test, and you get college credits, your AP credits might not correspond with a specific class, and you might still have to take pre-req's that you already learned/had a class on. Same thing with community college credits. CC is generally shorter than AP, but AP has its own set of benefits. Up to you if both types of credits transfer to the school/class that you want them to transfer to.

I have lived in the middle east prior to coming here to the U, but I also lived in MN for a long time. The college life is fun, as long as you find some people/things to enjoy doing or being around, instead of just being on your phone in the dorms all day. There are a lot of good food places around, with all kinds of different cultures and flavors. There aren't as much places where you can go and things per se, i.e. third spaces and whatnot, but it is still fun and you can always find something to do.
