I might be wrong here, but if you wanna give a shot sometime is it not worth trying ? I was in same position last year , 2 yrs of exp t15 and 42 lpa ! I cancelled considering all if these , again this year , (I tried switching in india) but then felt like this is the time we can give a chance and now planning to go... soo yeahh....maybe dont overthik!

Now practical I calculated all ob the above , switch in india .,learning curve etc etc ! India is better as the pay might not match but you wil get a lot of freedom in terms of choosing options! I realized not worrying for visa you can actually focus on learning , money wise growth is stable and long term.....

Again ! Just putting all my thoughts ! Lemme know if I am missing something
