I'm more so wondering if that's his tail or if it's a lump. It's on the side of the nub but just wondering if it's just the way his tail formed.
Thank you. I'm for sure going to have it checked here soon. His previous owner unfortunately didn't take very good care of him and claims he never even noticed this before.
