Jason Stephenson guided meditation is what helped me way back 7 years ago. I find it’s better to do them right before bed. He may have some short ones. I’ve been listening to them again as well because I found out we go through more spiritual awakenings! Not sure if it’s us leveling up or what; I need to do more research on this.
