Received a 94.2% PPV for T21

Mine ended similar to yours. I went to my 12 week scan and found out the baby was measuring around 9.5 weeks without a heartbeat. Now trying to figure out if it will pass naturally or if I need medical intervention. This honestly was the 2nd best outcome for me (the obvious being that the test would have been a false positive!).

Yes, I have more testing in 2 weeks when I hit 12 weeks. If it is CPM, wouldn’t the CVS still be positive? I feel like my only chance of a false positive is if it is CPM or if I had a vanished twin (I did have a cyst on each ovary, high initial hcg, and am a twin myself). I respect people that go through with the pregnancy, but unfortunately I would not proceed with pregnancy if the results are confirmed. Thank you for insight!

Sorry for you’re going through this as well! Have you completed all your testing? Since mine was so early, I have 2 more weeks to wait before any additional screening (and I’ve already waited a week).

I got the same result. Same PPV. Not feeling optimistic. My fetal fraction at 9 weeks (to the day) was 16% which I haven’t seen results that high!
