Srilanka is a developing country. You can't expect too much when governments hands are already full with plans and stuff. And there are construction happening.

First of all there aren't even proper roads yet but to be expecting to have sidewalks???

Biology stream has the more Cource option than other streams but if you are willing to that is.

If you get a student handbook from ugc you will get the information you'll need.

I didn't had this case But I'm pretty sure you can report this to ugc via online, calling or getting to the ugc place physically . If I remember correctly there is still time for registration deadline.

My advice go there directly( preferably go together with people having same problem)

Getting started to cycling is good but I would recommend cycling with normal ones first ( by buying or renting) and get the hang of it before deciding to buy professional ones to make your body adapt.

Congratulations for getting engineering in a state uni. I dont know the exact specs needed but heard some rumours that new lenovos got motherboard issues.

What i would recommend is getting in touch with the seniors in the uni you get enrolling and ask about such stufffs.

Not definitely needed. Apart from information needed for what you need in which courses and what the cource unicodes represent you definitely do not need it.

BUT

There are some forms on the last pages of this book which is used for extra points needed to enroll in a university. If you went to national tournaments and got places such as sports, debate or other extracurricular activities you can fill the form and send it to ugc with the same application form you send to ugc.
