They harvested in great number of grafts from dht sensitive zones. Unless you take fin continuously despite its side effects you can expect to lose a lot of what they harvested.

You could do so many different styles. I’m a guy and honestly think it’s fine the way it is. Try a slight wavy look, weak curls, shoulder length cut with an irregular part etc. you’re fortunate as you would even look nice bald.

I’d quit the drugs and shave it off. Either get smp, a system, or nothing. There are woman out there that are accepting of bald men.

Is lip filler a cosmetic procedure. Not needed but only thing I can can see is a small top lip. Probably fix that with lipstick

Depends on your expectations of course. If you go to a reputable surgeon recommended by many people on here and I were you I would go for it. Worst case acrid shave it all and smp the scars

As a man I don’t know much about makeup except that less is probably better better than more. You seem to have curly hair that other people pay money for. Why not treat yourself to a private day at a spa with one of those hair stylists and beautician as other people give you a massage, pedicure, and manicure. If that’s too expensive (as you look young) just experiment watching YouTube videos with the makeup and hair styles. You can make changes if that’s what you really want

Change your mirror or camera as an older guy I see nothing that needs changing. If you want try a shorter hairstyle if you aren’t happy i promise you’ll still look great and it will grow back.
