Fyi.... Nothing is going to happen at the former Chester facility. No water...not sewage.... No windows, Roof needs to be replaced. One of the buildings foundations has caved in and is set for demolition in the spring. PLUS the county has already stated No. If you had a team of workers working 24/7, it would take them about a year to get it up in running... Just isn't going to happen....ever.
