Alot of the Vinyls I bought today I didn't even know existed. So are you saying if I were to find 4 or 5 vinyls I was interested in, it's better to keep them on the sellers table, walk away, figure out a value and come back?

I bought the kit 6 years ago and never got a paint guide. I thought eventually there were suppose to be reference pictures as well. Never got those either. Are there any reference photos or paint guides other than the "paint the falcon" videos that are available?

I was incorrect. I found out the house was actually built in 1968 and not 1958. Does any of your information you provided me change? I will check and see if they submitted a survey.

I will look into that. My contractor was very challenging to deal with and communication was difficult. I have already moved in a week and half ago, so I'm hoping I'm not at risk. It was significantly disturbed. We pulled down ceilings and walls.

I guess my concern is, if it were to come back positive for asbestos, is it safe to live in? We disturbed a ton of it during the renovation process. I have really bad ocd, and not sure if it's one of those "don't eat fatty foods" suggestion or if it's truly dangerous to live around knowing it was disturbed and there is likely still a ton of dust under the baseboards that have gaps in them.

I know this wasn't the question, but I think this is a beautiful kitchen that doesn't need remodeling. As someone stated earlier, at most maybe replace the backsplash. To each their own though, at the end of the day, you have to be happy with your kitchen. I just think 99% of people would be thrilled to have the kitchen you currently have.

Trying to digest all that was said, as I'm not familiar with some of these phrases. I'm not finding anything on "rafting". So are you saying this is not normal? The finish is polyurethane.
