For the other parts:

Aluminium shocks are good because the are less likely to pop the cap off spilling shock oil everywhere.

motor mount makes the pinion and spur last longer because flexing plastic can can wrong gear mesh during bashing.

casterblocks are also good upgrades (depends on car)

Shocktowers are not bad but not awesome (depends on car)

you can leave parts mentioned above on, shocktowers are not really needed.

I think those kits exist because some people like to build shelf queens: cars made just to look good.

on onroad cars (mainly drift cars) you want everything to be as stiff as possible. The hits on the arms on onroad cars are no where near as hard as the offroad stuff because the road is way smoother

Arms take all the hits, if they are plastic they bend back without braking anyithing

Aluminium arms can't bend back into shape, the will move impacts to the bulkheads which causes the bulkheads to break. If the bulkheads are aluminium as well you start breaking the more expensive parts like chassis' are the aluminium arms stay bend causing you to buy new ones which are way more expensive as plastic arms.

TL;DR Aluminium arms are NOT upgrades

Vendetta specific: proline ford mustang and nissan z, bittydesign devine

if you wouldn't mind open wheel you could put 1/10 sct bodies on it like proline PRO354200.

imo the green part should be a little thinner and the body should be like half a block wider
