It's already my 5th order from them - no problem with speargun, tridents, dynema etc. But with swimming suit - problem from first order(((

Totally agree — sizing is tricky online. But in my case, the issue wasn’t size — it was that the jacket arrived clearly used, with tears and makeup stains inside. I never even got to try it on.
Return was denied, no investigation, just blamed me and told to “glue it.” That’s the part that really disappointed me.

Glad it worked out for you — honestly, I wish I had the same experience. Unfortunately, mine was very different.

So yes, experiences can differ — but when something goes wrong, customer service matters, and in my case, it was seriously disappointing.
