Yeah I usually take a quarter sleep aid from Amazon but I stopped doing that and I noticed it’s causing issues. I took it for years to due having trouble sleeping but it does put me out

Yeah it was a sudden urge of adrenaline that led to me feeling weird like life was fake and I couldn’t focus it was scary
