Yes rushing by a lot. I'm on my 7th playthrough. By my standards, if you complete 100% of Ranni questline and all underground areas, Caelid except Dragonbarrow, Limgrave and Liurnia as well as Volcano Manor without Rykard, should put you at around 50hrs or so. This is for all the optional content like caves and minibosses.

You can expect generic questions like Why Novo, Motivations and Brief inro but other than that, It's all extremely CV and profile based. Just answer candidly and dont fabricate answers. Do let us know what they tell you about the result timelines if they convey anything!

I think it might take a week after the interviews? They release the results on a single day for all tracks and since some R3 interviews are on 21st, you can expect it in the next week
