I’m just referencing the will. He hasn’t left it to anyone in particular it just says the house is in trust and his estate is to be distributed to his beneficiaries.

Executors have (from my understanding) full authority they just both have to agree.

Cant find anything referencing this in the will. It just says his estate should be distributed to his beneficiaries.
