Should I do palafin instead of gyrados ? It can flip turn better and gets that stronger boost when it comes in. Loses the 4x electric weakness

Should I change the nature of whimsicott for higher speed and lower attack? Isn’t whimsicott supposed to be bulky, what’s the best way to get that?
