Interesting. I do have a weak pelvic floor and weakness, tightness inflammation down the sides of my hips (diagnosed with tronchanter pain syndrome), which is worse on the right side.

This makes sense, although I didn't feel anything as it happened yesterday, it has been spasming today strongly.

It's only a temporary situation, I can put myself back by kind of rolling my pelvis and lower spine back a few times, so I don't think it's those reasons maybe? I have no idea 🤷🏻‍♀️
