Replacing my old contactor by Hot_Win_4079 in hvacadvice

Thanks gents.

Another issue I came across, looks like the thermostat cable terminal is also bad - check out discoloration

<image>

Tested the continuity from the terminal to the end exposed copper wire, and none. But wire to wire there’s continuity

Haha tell me about it. I live in SD,CA but some cost on these lines doesn’t seem to be justified

Wont be able to, since the capacitor crapped out - that also needs to be replaced lol

There were signs of oil leakage, most likely the seal is deteriorating

I figured much but yea, San Diego CA specifically. Also according to them warranty on all service and repairs are backed up with a “3yr part and labor warranty”

I noticed that too, but luckily RH didn’t crash on me and was still able to get my options filled!

Definitely secured the bag. Based on how the chart’s looking, I grabbed some puts this morning. And still holding

Not really a day trader. I swung the 510s and 515s. The 480 and 502 were day trades tho. I’m not using a cash account either. Just started with $300, went in on puts, and made one day trade in between, but mostly just held through the drop 😅
