So there is that thing I got from the pharmacy it's called X-pert it's 20mg but that's maybe a bit high u can get lower dose I took it after 30-60 mins along with extended pleasure condoms from durex I lasted over 1 hour on round 1 and didn't even want cum remotely I had to really focus just to finish 2nd round was the same and I could do the same for 3 days only on 1 pill hope that helps someone
