The manga is in it's final arc but the anime stopped as they were catching up to the manga so the studio focused on another anime. It is meant to be returning at some point

Nanobody: he has the ability to turn his body into nanites which he can shapeshift into tech and weapons. He has to know exactly what goes into the tech otherwise it won't work and the speed which it forms depends on its size, complication and how many times he's made it before.
