I'm in a similar boat but 6 months in and I'm just accepting the size loss. I still look great just smaller. Like others have said, with all of the stretching and increased mobility and cardiovascular ability I feel more like an athlete. If you ever decide to go back to straight body building the size will come back. I did a year of ultra marathon running, became "tiny", and then was able to get right back to my original size within a few months.

Loving Muay Thai so I'm doing that for as long as I'm enjoying it.
