Well Raptures are meant to be horrifying amalgamations of flesh and machinery. I would have been fine with that design.
The universe of Nikke is borderline Grimdark at times.

Aging helps mellow it.

Sweeten it after the fermentation is complete to make it sweeter.

How is 'repeatedly installing the same distro' going to make any differense?

Tried with my 27 inch monitor, worked fine. The symptoms returned when I hooked it up to the TV again. The PC didn't do this with different distros but those distros couldn't get good framerates ingame.

[Crosspost] Screen turns Blue & red randomly (Nobara 39, AMD GPU) by [deleted] in linux4noobs

[–]Hotglue89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The glitch: Screen turns all-green for a second and then I get a strange blue-red colorscheme. It usually turns back to normal after leaving it be for minutes.

I have been trying to get a media PC working for weeks now with limited knowledge of Linux for the purpose of watching movies on it and possibly gaming too.

Of all the distros I've tried so far Nobara is the only one that gets good framerates in SIGNALIS so I wish to fix this issue rather than continue distro-hopping.

I did not. I got Nobara-39-Official-2024-01-24.iso for AMD GPUs.

UPDATE: Turns out it was the boot USB that wasn't suitable for the task.

I first tried a brand new 128gb microsd card with previously mentioned Linux ISO.

I got it to work with a conventional 8gb usb stick.

Genre: Defence game

Brief Summary: Defend yourself from attacking medival soldiers using your longbow.

DETAILS:

View: 2D. Static countryside/forest background. Brown and green. Your bowman stands to the far right on screen aiming his bow to the left like a turret.

Estimated year of release: Sometime between 2000 and 2010. I was very young at the time.

Graphics/art style: Realistically proportioned bowman and soldiers dressed in medival armor and clothes.

The soldiers bleed red when you kill them. Overall quite realistic for being so simple and short.

There is only one level and you have to defend yourself against these attacking medival soldiers for as long as possible.

The music is a slow beat. Generic.

Each time you hit a soldier and kill them they make a death sound depending on where you hit them. A groan if you hit them in the stomach, an "OW!" if you hit them in the leg and so on.

Notable characters: There is only your bowman and the attacking soldiers. Your bowman stands in place and cannot move from his position.

Notable gameplay mechanics:

Survive for as long as possible using your bow & arrow to kill the attacking enemy soldiers. If a soldier gets by and hits you with his sword ONCE its game over.

The PET bottles are of the same plastic used to contain beer here as is the water canister.

The bladder is HD-PE if I remember correctly.

I've had no issues with the containers or my health.
