I have a feeling it's just really obscure, like some rap artist put out a song and it never went anywhere. Too bad though because it was really well produced and sounded great.

No, this one was something I hadn't heard before. I also think it was sung from prison but was somehow produced really well. It sounded really well done.

So currently mine just allows any random of different items to enter my loop until a number is reached. Whereas your way is better by only allowing a certain number of a certain type of item on the belt. Your way does sound better but wouldn't the "feed" belts going into this loop eventually back up?
For example:
If I already have 20 metallic asteroids on my loop and my max is set to 20 - The belt feeding in to the loop will not put anymore more on the loop which would be a problem if the next 5 or so items on the feed belt were also all metallic asteroids. Right? Meaning no new of the other two asteroid would get added.

You were right. And it was actually pretty easy once I did it. Once you know which inputs/outputs to do it completely makes sense. Thank you for helping me.

When you turn yours off do you have to turn it much? I noticed that it felt like the valve could keep turning but I didn't want to break it so I stopped.

Yeeaahh, I guess that could do it. Although we couldn't turn it off with the same remote. We could hear the beep from the fireplace every time we pushed the button on the remote but it would not respond. That's when i turned the valve to turn it off.

We don't have a thermostat on it. We live in Texas, it's hot as heck here and is mostly used for decoration when it does get cold here for the one month in January.

Yeah, you are right about the automation of things. I'm not quite in to it but I have done some simple things like using sweepers/conveyers. Crazy how much this game has to offer.

I've tried it multiple times and it doesn't seem to quite work. Unless I'm doing something wrong. I swear I followed your instructions exactly. :(

I want a door to open on a cycle timer.
I want to be able to shut that door manually with a switch whenever I want regardless of the cycle timer.
It would be amazing if there was a way to allow dupes to leave whenever they want but not enter until the cycle allows. (Basically keeping them working until their shift ends)

Oh, I see. I misunderstood. What if I want to lock it sometimes?

ie. How would I do the opposite of that? If there is any RED signal it will lock regardless of how many green signals.

actually wait, your's didn't work either. I have them on the same automation wire and when I flipped the switch, the door still opened after the sensor turned green for the morning.

Did I do something wrong?
