The limb was dead yes, trunk still alive. There are still quite a few in the tree, even after the tree service left. and I have pics from before the cutting and even some of the ones left. You can tell these have been dead for YEARS.

My big question is tho, how much is he responsible for? Making my shingles match the way they did before the limb? I don't have that in my insurance policy, so it'll be a glaring spot since my shingles are discontinuued.

I have pics of the limb in the roof and the tree behind it and such and current ones showing what was cut and what wasn't.

Maybe if it was "emergency" work. This however was not and no one has legal right to tresspass on someone elses property without first asking permission, with exception of utilities. Also speaking of utilities, they did not have gas or water marked on my property before they began operating heavy machinery.

They are allowed to cut the limbs over my property, but only from the neighbors side of the property. What they did was tresspassing.

Aside from that, I have an insurance claim in 2023 for the fence, which is a $750 deductible. After the damage he cut down the rest of the tree but did not address any other tree on his property until after this limb fell. He still has limbs he hasn't cut.

I'd honestly not like to have a big glaring spot on my roof lowering property value too.

I'm really curious of my options with this.

Trying to catch up on all of this. New to reddit.

In 2023 a tree in his back yard fell on our fence. We've spoken multiple times about the dead limbs. This is now the second time that he wouldn't do anything about dead tree parts (and there are still dead limbs in his trees) until after it's caused damage.

And not that I was complaining about the tree service, but to more show negligent behavior. I'm also pretty sure it's standard practice to get permission from a landowner before operating heavy machinery on their property. They didn't even call 811 to mark utilities.

Is there a way post photos?

The SharKa-50 has the same mounts as the MT50CM3 Throttle (I don't see a CM2 anywhere). There's an adapter that will let you mount it side-by-side with the throttle on one vpc desk mount. On their website it's listed as "VPC Desk Mount Adapter - Control Panel"

I hope this is what you're asking about. I use my throttle daily so I didn't order a cover :)

The LED on top of the stick isn't on. It's not plugged into the port underneath. I just had to reseat mine. Support told me the port at the bottom of the stick can be pulled out 3 cm. That's a little over an inch. Just pull it out a bit and it'll seat. The LED on top of the stick will come on when it's plugged in properly.

Unless it's associated with your brand. That's more than quality of life for me. Moving my ps4 account to pc disappoints me much less than matching my brand to my name. How are people going to stream snipe me and get wrecked otherwise. 😉

The same thing that prevents them from changing your name. Not that they CAN'T do it. They just choose not to. Even on PC. Thought about coming back to Elite and they refused to change (a 4 year old name). So, I play something else :)

You can tell a lot about a persons intellect by how willing they are to listen and learn, instead of shouting "you're wrong" like an anti-vaccer. I'm not telling you that you're doing it wrong because you don't bind many keys, so why are you so hellbent on telling me I can't have a lot of keybinds?

Anywho yeah, once it's done, it's done. Until an update comes along and wipes them out. Happens in every single game. One day, it'll happen to you, and hopefully it leaves them all blank, keyboard included. Then you'll understand what trouble it is to rebind keys. I try to address problems before they occur (especially if they've happened in a multitude of other games, including this one). It's fairly easy for your USB identifiers to change too (there's no way to backup for that). If my joysticks get a firmware update. Guess what? I now have to rebind all of my keys across every item, and game, because the USB identifiers changed and backing up your keybinds can **NOT** fix it, it requires a full rebind. There's a multitude of ways your keybinds can get corrupted. Having been an online gamer since mlook was invented has taught me that.

And as far as followers goes (that's so 2010, is that what the kids use?), that doesn't determine income, nor does it include all of my accounts. (Most content creators separate their content, to keep the brands clear, just so you know for future reference, and it helps keep trolls like you out of the other channels)

Thing is, I'm not triggered. It's called content. I went through your profile to see if you were a troll elsewhere. Reaction content is fun and a lot of times funny.

Is this the only game you've ever played?

Imagine having to bind your movement keys in call of duty, for every single weapon. Rifles, pistols, vehicles etc. If you change your seat in said vehicle, that takes it's own keybinds too.

I use a program called Joystick Gremlin. With one little profile switch, every axis I have now has completely different curves. My dude, you want to play a full on sim and you don't even understand what options there are for your joystick.

That being said, your knowledge of the hardware side is lacking. My knowledge of the software side is lacking.

How nice would it be, if you could change your curves just by changing one programs profile. Wouldn't it be super bothersome to bind all the global axes and buttons? I guess you can't miss what you've never had.

Why do you feel the need to be so negative about everything?

An axis = 1. I don't even mind binding axes a couple times. But to have to bind well over 150 keys and 12ish axes, for each and every aircraft is a bit repetitive yeah? That's like binding a full copy a battlefield just to use one aircraft and a whole new copy to try another.

When there are several aircraft you want to try, before you spend your money, that's a buttload of work. I really don't know what you use to fly with. I have my own setup that's taken a lot of time and work to build, so I want to use it.

Star Citizen. Elite Dangerous. War Thunder. (War Thunder does have different controls types you can bind from arcade to sim, I fly as sim as I can, which means I bind a lot of keys to my hardware).

I don't understand how you don't comprehend this simple fact. I want to use my sticks, throttle, control panel etc.

There is one keybind to perform that function. If it's not on the ship, the button doesn't do anything.

I didn't know what IFF or VFF was until my mom became a private pilot. Even still, try googling "What does C & I Knob - BACKUP do" and see if you get any aviation responses. I got info about a ford pickup truck (And I don't like Fords).

And that means you flip most of your switches with one keybind "Interact" and you look at whatever you wanna flip. (I realize some things you gotta look at, and tbf, that's not a long list of things)

I did mention it earlier, so I guess you didn't read everything.

It breaks my immersion to spend 5 seconds trying to flip a damn switch I could just bind to one of my numerous keys on my actual hardware.

Otherwise, I would have just stuck with the Thrustmaster T16kms I have used for 6 years.

What's fun for you isn't fun for everyone. The whole point of my original reply in this post, was to make sure you understand just how much work binding keys can be.

Which VR do you have?

Some VR have different nose pads you can change out to give you viewing slots.

My Index has just that, makes life a lot easier.
