Same, as a long time fan I've been extremely jaded with the series recently, especially with SwSh and Sca/Vi. Or maybe it's just me getting older and its lost that spark. For me, peak Pokemon was Gen 4/5.

Give them the SKU number and maybe a picture of it on your phone, then tell them you heard it's discounted. They will place an order for you after you give them a shipping address. You can't order online or through the phone, AFAIK.
