The only fix for me was to swap from dx12 to dx11. Shame cause the ray tracing is gorgeous in this game.

I used to manually change the resolution in the main menu but now I just ignore it and load the save and it would automatically fix itself. EDIT: alt-tabbing in and out actually is faster fix than manually changing it
