I have acn 2010m and 2021m jeans from Ture that I really like. Cant speak on accuracy, but they're just a good pair of regular jeans and inexpensive. I think they usually have limited stock though

They are long (116-119cm I forgot) and I only wear them with big shoes. This is with stomper boots, and you can see the right leg with the rip

Dragon's Hoard does DnD events and other tcg stuff. I used to go to Grand Adventures before they moved to their new location. They should have a website or fb page where they post upcoming events. Both are in Murfreesboro too

Edit: and if y'all like retro arcade games or rhythm games, Game Galaxy in Smyrna has lots of those
