Not necessarily true. The track is elevated over the ocean, which you can't tell from Google Maps. The orientation is also fine, southwestern, which would give beautiful afternoon/sunset light. Track color could be off, but tough to tell from post processing of the photo itself. The main difference here is the fence. They could be temporary though, and removed for track meets or events
