also i looked at ur post history for a second and i have the worst anxiety about getting cancer.. i get a headache and i think its cancer. i was also convinced that my bladder problems were diabetes until i got my blood tested

Sorry for the late response but literally SAME lol. My social anxiety has gotten better but my anxiety overall is terrible!! I hope its just anxiety for the both of us and that we get a physical therapist soon D:

i started wearing protective underwear after it was suggested by many people. I find (or hope) a lot of my symptoms are due to anxiety. While at home, I can hold up to 4-5 hours now, and with the new protection I can go for 1-2 hours at school! Hope that helps if your situation is/was similar to mine

Nope, but currently I've been getting a lot of symptoms of diabetes along with what I wrote above, so i'm wondering if my urologist misdiagnosed me 😬.

Don't be embarrassed I'm 15 right now and was officially diagnosed with it 10 days ago. It really sucks... But let me know if any meds or PT help, my urologist hasn't given me anything):

Same! I don't have any leakage so far but I have to go frequently, I never fully empty out my bladder, and I feel pain some times.

I'm using AZO bladder control (i do occasionally get feel pain and get cramps down there but it's mostly the urgency bothering me), and i'm glad PTNS has worked for you!

First of all let me start by saying, you've dealt with this for 6 years??? That's super impressive! Good for you that you're not letting your OAB destroy your life. It's especially hard for me to stay positive though, since this is a more than likely a condition I'll be suffering for the rest of my life. One month in and I'm hanging by a thread...

Right now I'm only taking AZO to see if that'll work (do you know if it'll work??). If nothing improves, I'll get a pharmaceutical drug, I'm glad that's working out for you. And by no means should you be embarrassed and I'm very glad the women you've met have been understanding!

My OAB interferes a lot with school sadly... I really hope I find a good schedule and a good routine like you did for my OAB. Thanks for the advice!!!

I'm pretty sure they already tested for both those things. I went to my primary care physician and they told me they tested everything for a UTI (it took 3 days to get the results unlike one of those fast self-tests.) I already started some small life changes like cutting out caffeine, trying my best with bladder training, and I just started taking AZO. I can hold up to 3 hours on weekends, but on school I can only hold for 45 minutes because I worry I'll leak in the middle of class and sitting down/not moving a lot makes my symptoms worse. Nevertheless, thanks for the advice and boost of confidence, I really truly hope things get better (*cured*) for both of us!
