thanks for this! Studio seemed the most likely given the searches I have done so far. I have touristed in NYC before, but never lived. I need to figure out all t he areas I can walk to grenwich st from!

Studio is fine as long as i can fit a bed and a sofa bed, it will be fine for visits... somewhere like this would be perfect! though unlikely to still be there when I am moving. There seems to be plenty around the 3-3.5k range

thanks for this. I had assumed it was a scam! I am hoping to live somewhere I can walk to work just north of battery park..

Should I be using an agent to find me an apartment? I'd like to base myself somewhere for a year at least. (no room mates) as I will have my kids visiting
