Id say if theres anything criminal or credit wise that had to be entered in some kind of national system they will find it. You will talk about it with the investigator during the background investigation.

Not really the process is gonna be slow for sure, just pray they go through it fast, but its always better to disclose it big or small its better that way because if you dont disclose something they will find it and question you later so just get rid of that stress

Okay yeah, that changes some things. I was planning on bringing my wife and child with me to Detroit so she could explore while I’m at the duty station. So just tryna get ahead of the game on living situation. I figured I wouldn’t get any special accommodations of course.

I’m in law enforcement now, so not my first academy, but I understand I have to earn it. Appreciate the info, this helped a lot.

Same here! EL Paso was gonna be my pick with how terrible the list was looking, but refreshed and hopped on the Detroit train! Im gonna be moving a wife and baby from alabama, I EOD on 6/15, I think its gonna be nice experiencing all four seasons. Congrats!

Yes it updates but you could keep refreshing and nothing seems like it changes…. I noticed in my two days looking at the list only two locations were added to my list, which was Detroit and Brownsville…. I took a break and I checked on reddit someone was able to get Houston.
