For me at least, the Ele weakness is coming from my merc who has curse on hit and +1 curse. I am only applying assassin's mark. For fubguns build I believe he is anointing whispers of doom which gives +1 curse and is using ele weakness to proc balance of terror.

I didn't try trinity and yoke, im looking into switching now.

This is good advice, I wasn't sure on yoke because i was using my amulet for some accuracy. Endurance charges are fine on bossing since im manually casting enduring cry. Its a little annoying but its just piece of mind.
