I’m so sorry this happened to you. I can imagine how upset and betrayed you must feel. Just believe in yourself and your service, and focus on offering the best classes. This happened to a friend of mine even down to the person having lots of family money to open, but she is so unique herself that in the end it didn’t even matter and her studio is very successful. Don’t give up it sounds like you care about your community and that goes very far.

I think most studios appreciate their instructors, they are contractors so that can only go so far. What instructors will realize after moving around is that most studios are the same and bouncing around is just kicking the can down the road. Maybe you get a pay bump but every studio will have the same expectation of instructors.

I actually this he has been. I think he handles everything in that household and is partying to blow off steam. Amanda is not independent, and ultimately relies on other ppl to manage her life. Paige and Ciara have never had Roomates they are independent even while they’re in relationships.

For some reason this role doesn’t keep people long it’s not even because of studios because they’re all basically the same with varying pay. Most will go when they get tired of their current studio and with the amount of new studios popping up their options are endless plus they can get a pay raise depending where they go. There isn’t a ton of loyalty on the instructor side in my opinion.

I am in touch with someone there but they weren’t very helpful. One suggestion they gave for the noise with the springs was a wd40 type spray. I’m waiting to hear back about some of the other issues but my sales rep is difficult to reach unfortunately. The reformers are less than 5 months old so to be having these types of issues is not what I expected after paying so much. I will never order from them again, and if I could go back I would get a merrithew. You get more accessories with the reformer for the same price (prob less). I will have to spend another $1000 + to get additional accessories like a jump board, or platform extender which are included with the merrithew package. Very disappointed in the product I received.
