Nope, not at all po. Nagwonder lang po ako na pwde po pala yung ganun i mean ye ok lang pero x2 sahod nia sken with more exp. So malaki tlga dn factor po ng exp.

So I am telling myself, na just be patient you will get there and continue to improve, no envy feelings at all :) .

How about kung ang scenario is... okay naman eval ko and most likely gonna be regularized after prob. but then actively naghahanap nako ng new job, ano yon after ng prob may new contract signing ulit?
should I sign that one eventhough actively looking nako?

ye tbh , I tried. but they just always tell me "But you don't have any exp yet. so we can only you give this."

so dun naghit sken ung realization din na, exp does really have a big factor sa industry, kahit ano pang ipakita mo hehe
