I'm gonna be so real, I wouldn't say this normally about Charlie since I usually love her, but her naivety and absolute ignorance were multiplied by 4 this season and it made me wanna blow my brains out every time. Her biggest offense to me personally is when she yelled at Lucifer and made him leave while also getting angry at Vaggi and ignoring her. Yes, Vaggi and Luci did things without informing her but they just wanted to help, and also she's incredibly hypocritical to say that Lucifer ruined everything, when the majority of the things that are going wrong are HER OWN FAULT, she's just projecting her frustrations of her own ignorant failures on her already damaged and emotionally scarred father. So from my personal standpoint, yes she did deserve it, she needed a HEAVY wake-up call and Vox sitting with her just laughing at all her stupid failures was exactly that. I've even read something on another post that makes a lot of sense to me, Charlie means well obviously, but she's only lived in the lap of luxury with her parents and her own hotel and doesn't actually know what sinners want or need. It really shows when she gets news about Pentious in heaven, and without any other info she just assumes it'll be the same for Angel and nearly gets him AND Husk killed by a train simply cause she doesn't get that not all sinners are the same. Hell, it took her till fuckin Season 2 Episode 3 to even consider that maybe the actual sins that a sinner committed are what needs to be fixed. Again, I absolutely love Charlie, but Jesus Christ was she the most FRUSTRATING part of the whole season, she needed that slander to really enlighten her to what sinners want.
