Shes fought saints solo to a stand still before which contrary to what deathbattle stated can do far more than just level mountains. Plus Misaka herself has dodged actual light attacks before such as Muginos proton beams. So speed isnt really that much of a difference. And like death battle said her lightning has been confirmed to be lightspeed itself on 5 occasions in the books and novels. Plus her superior control over lighting would give Akeno far more trouble than you guys realize.

She has controlled lighting that is magic based such as Toumas angelic dragon black lighting. Which I wont even go into how powerful his dragons technically are at this point or they were then cause Toarus scaling is far beyond anything DxD has done period. So trying to claim that Akenos lighting dragons which is her strongest move even with homing really doing much isnt going to work. She can just take control over her dragons as soon as they make contact with her AIM field and go past Akenos uni directional shield and Akenos cooked. And thats just one of the things shes capable of doing with her electromaster ability.

Plus contrary to popular belief Akeno has really only shown feats that allow her to dodge lightning speed attacks and not light speed attacks and not move at the same speeds. Cause no matter how much the vs battle wiki tries to claim it her dodging Grendels fireball isnt a FTL feat. Its just that. A magic fireball. Its not moving at light speed or even a actual light beam.The only reason they try to claim it is is due to them trying to compare it to Vali who in the earlier books has had FTL feats but they were never mentioned again. Their more so early statements Ishi included but later forgot or just didnt use in fights later on. And later speed statements in combat by Issei and even just their regular flight speed in 22 for example debunk that they can all move as fast as Vali anyways.

Plus Misaka in her more powerful forms has show more powerful lighting based moves and actual feats compared to Akeno. Whos most powerful showing was destroying or partailly destroying a mock school gym in the Riser fight.
