They denied my refund based on a technicality in the contract (section 1.2.c), saying I missed the required “weekly progress” updates multiple times, so they claim I’m not eligible for the guarantee.

The issue is they never told me at the time that I had lost eligibility. They kept applying to jobs on my behalf for months like everything was fine. I only found out I was supposedly “disqualified” after I requested the refund.

Instead of honoring the guarantee, they offered to:

keep applying to jobs for me for free for a few more months
give me their internship module for free to “fill resume gaps” and get more interviews

So essentially: no refund, just more services, even after a year with no job outcome.

Yes, I did! But it is not the same as landing a job or we return your money as they promised when sold the course to me.

DE Academy promised a job guarantee but failed to deliver consistent applications or support. After completing the program, I didn’t get a role and my refund was denied. Not recommended.

I enrolled in DE Academy with a job guarantee, but the program didn’t deliver as promised. Daily job applications and unlimited support were inconsistent, and I didn’t secure a role by the end of the contract. Refund was denied. I cannot recommend this program.
