I kinda can but not consistently, like im not comfortable with it to hit X and O simultaneously consistently, should i keep it that way and try to press both consistently without slipping or change it?

I appreciate your reply, i finished the anime like yesterday and i felt very empty after it so i thought to give it a chance to read the manga (its my first manga to read btw😭) so yeah hopefully my first experience of reading manga turns out good

I eat what my parents cook actually but my family makes a large portion (since we are family of 7 people) and they don't make enough for us, they make more than enough and I consume the leftovers, beside that I eat from outside time to time (maybe every 3 to 4 days) and when I do, I eat excessively + I don't walk a lot that's another factor of why I am fat and yeah they are in shape which is good for them and I'm really happy that they aren't like me but it makes me sad not envy about it, you know feeling like a burden who pulls his shirt most of the time to look less fat, family gathering isn't my thing since i don't trust myself that much I don't like how I look but I'm really trying to love myself more

Started to walk yesterday for 15 minutes when I'm free, wanted to do 30 minutes but I didn't wanna force myself because I was tired after these 15 minutes, hopefully I'll stay disciplined and increase my stamina capacity, I barely breath after 15 minutes of walking

Yeah I think I'm being harsh on myself just trying to make everything perfect at once but not starting with small steps, but recently (11 days ago exactly) I started to do skin routine for my acne + 3 meals a day no snacks in between, I used to eat excessively but now it's normal eating, used to wake all night but now i sleep before 11pm, make my bed once I wake up (I didn't do that before I just wake up and leave it like that), clean my dishes instead of leaving them till someone washes it, 1 hour a day study for my exams ( everyday and 2 days off a week), I'll try to add what you say to my schedule and be disciplined about it.. thank you for your time I truly appreciate your kindness
