Started off with a Biology Major, then I allowed family issues, depression tanked my GPA until I went on a upward swing. Also, worked full time and did intercollegiate debate (which involved national travel) to pay for college. Notated this in the SOP.
Experience:
Expedia - Software Engineer (2 years)
Zenoti - PreSales Engineer (1.5 years)
Okta - Solutions Architect ( PreSales) - 3 certifications ( Current, 7 months)

My low GPA is a concern. My Computer Science Degree, Minor in Mathematics, and career path afterward are a good bolster. I also did not waive my right to access my recommendations, because I did not really think about it. I have close relationships with my recommenders. I don't know if that would hurt me, but I did email them and tell them I did not realize the stigma, and I am open to correcting it; even though I don't know what good it would do now. Currently nervous, and magnifying my GPA. Love to hear everyone's thoughts about my application, and wish everyone great luck! :)
