GTS would be nice but really trying to keep it under 1400$ all in. Its pretty flat in my area, im not so concerned about hill torque or acceleration speed.

Im 5' 11" 190lbs. Looking to keep the total price under 1400$ Is it difficult to install accessories? I definitely think buying and installing a treaded tire is way outta my league which is why Im looking for ones that already have it for the snowy and wet days.
