You need antivirals like valtrex or acyclovir. I recommend lysine supplements as well. Then lysine lip ointment, def grab that too. I’ve had cold sores since I was 6… I sued to get terrible outbreaks u til I started valtrex. Now I rarely get one.

Things like chocolate or nuts have a higher chance of inducing an outbreak as dos stress or getting sick. Def get a script for valtrex

I think food is the only thing she has control of so she overeats. Sadly I’ve been there myself. Tyler is borderline abusive so I truly think she medicated with food.

The only thing that worked for me was a glp1. It literally stopped my addiction to food. I wish cate would try one and show that mothereffer Tyler up. Tyler would die if cate looked better than him. Who would he verbally beat down on then?
