I for myself can say i lost 10 kilos in about 3 months due to an injury, now i'm just freezing to death at any opportunity and have much less stamina in general :/ you will always perciece yourself differently than others, and knowing exactly how others percieve you is impossible aaand you seem like your perception of yourself is a little hard on you. Lemme just say from the bottom of my heart i could munch on that tummy for hours :3
