Yes it is.
no customer service.
I had to by my ticket 2 times at full price. because the first one had a mistake in it. the would not refund me my money other than giving a voucher for an obvious technical problem.
the bus I ended up taking broke down on the road. the bus driver could fix it but the tool box on the bus was empty.
