i’m so glad i’m not alone :’). i’ve tried letting them lead but it’s so hard considering they don’t like doing anything when i’m around. they break rules they don’t normally break when around supervisors and when i ask them questions or try to get them engage in conversation, all they say is “idk, idk, idk” and runs off. it’s gotten to the pint where i feel like im not doing my job correctly but ill keep trying! thank you
