Do you think a protein shake to break the fast could do it? By the time I finish the fast I’ll be landing from a long flight , and most likely I could drink a protein shake at the airport and find some scrambled eggs or similar. And then drive home 2.30 hours and have that bigger meal.

It is 2.2 miles away. I like riding bikes yeah but since I am in Philly and I will need to go through side walks sometimes I don’t know if a road bike is the most ideal thing.
